In this course, all important information regarding pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and baby care will be discussed.

There is ample time to practice and try out breathing, relaxation, and massage techniques. Additionally, there will be physical exercises, discussions, and sufficient breaks.

The partner fee (payed cash on Friday) is covered by some health insurance companies. Please referre to your provider with questions.

For pregnant women, the course is covered by health insurance.
